Practical Life

Concentration and the ability to focus is the foundational elements in order for a child to thrive in future school settings. Lessons in practical life allow a child to develop this needed concentration and focus. These lessons have a purpose to develop muscular control, confidence, independence, endurance and concentration, By including fun activities such as mixing bubbles and or pouring water the child will develop important skills that will enable them to be school/kindergarten ready. The child will also learn the importance of care of self by including materials such as a button frame or zipper frame. All lessons will be given using real life material, such as, things used in our all day in the kitchen or at home.
